About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting professional to join our SEC Reporting team. In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation of quarterly and annual filings, partnering across finance and business teams to ensure accurate, high-quality external reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to complex reporting processes, work closely with senior leadership, and build a strong foundation in SEC reporting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Director of SEC Reporting and take ownership of your annual performance objectives while staying current on developments in accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
- check_circlePerform comprehensive financial tie-outs across external reporting materials and earnings presentations
- check_circleSupport the preparation of financial analyses to inform disclosures and reporting requirements
- check_circleAssist in the development and maintenance of MD&A support schedules and matrices
- check_circleEnsure accurate footing and cross-footing across all aspects of SEC reporting
- check_circleSupport interactions with and responses to requests from external and internal auditors
- check_circleStay current on developments in accounting standards and take ownership of performance objectives
- check_circleAssist with annual benefit plan audits and related documentation
- check_circleContribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements as needed
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
- verified1–2 years of public accounting experience
- verifiedCPA license or active progress toward completion of CPA certification preferred
- verifiedSolid understanding of U.S. GAAP
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Nice to Have
Public accounting experience with a Big 4 or large regional firm. Active progress toward completion of CPA certification.
