We are seeking Stacker Operators for our Press Room department across all shifts. This temporary-to-permanent opportunity is designed for candidates looking to grow with our organization and build a long-term career. As a Stacker Operator, you will be an integral part of our production workflow, working alongside press operators and roll tenders to ensure daily printing operations run smoothly.
Your day will involve setting up the stacker to maximize bundle quality while minimizing product damage. You will review job bags to obtain correct setup information, ensure proper load flags and pallets are used, and monitor jobs continuously to meet customer requirements. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized production area, completing necessary logs, and identifying specific job details such as office copies and outside binds.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position. Successful candidates will transition from the temporary role to permanent employment, gaining access to comprehensive benefits and opportunities for internal growth.
