As a Sr. Transaction Manager, you will serve as the strategic oversight lead for a complex portfolio of properties on behalf of prominent National and Global Corporate Services clients. This role exists to bridge the gap between high-level client real estate goals and the day-to-day execution of transaction management. You will be responsible for optimizing market planning, ensuring consistent quality of service, and driving revenue and profitability across the portfolio.
Your day involves collaborating with Cushman & Wakefield and external brokerage professionals to negotiate a wide variety of transactions, including leases, sales, subleases, and purchases. You will align internal real estate functions to ensure service consistency while managing the flow of key documentation and client communications. Beyond execution, you will provide strategic real estate advice, identifying occupancy cost savings and developing expansion or contraction strategies to support the client's long-term objectives.
In addition to managing the transaction lifecycle, you will lead and supervise Transaction Managers and Coordinators. This includes overseeing field broker selection, facilitating client meetings, and ensuring all state real estate standards are met. You will also manage the development of standardized processes and operational playbooks to create maximum efficiencies and add value to the client relationship.
Work model: On-site
