A growing CPA firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join its Accounting and Finance team. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, focusing on complex tax matters and strategic financial planning.

The Role

As a Senior Tax Associate, you will serve as a seasoned tax professional responsible for managing a wide array of tax compliance and consulting needs. Your day-to-day will involve preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, including 1120S, S Corp, Federal & State Tax, Real Estate Tax, and Income Tax for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. You will conduct multi-entity financial reviews and provide high-quality tax planning services that exceed client expectations.

Beyond technical preparation, this role emphasizes relationship building. You will interact directly with clients to offer expert planning and consulting, respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities, and identify and mitigate tax risks. Success in this position requires coordinating closely with accountants and auditors while utilizing tax-related software to drive process improvements and ensure compliance.
