About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and mentor staff while managing complex tax engagements across a diverse client base. You will play a key role in delivering innovative tax solutions, conducting research on new regulations, and guiding clients through strategic planning and compliance needs. This position offers an accelerated career track with partner-level ambitions.
The role is currently remote, with a future transition to a hybrid schedule in the Sarasota area (4 days remote, 1 day in-office). We offer a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus to support your move.

Requirements
