The Tax Administration Manager serves as a vital collaborator with the office administration department and local tax leadership, overseeing daily tax administration processes within an assigned team. Working closely with the Tax Administration Senior Manager, this role ensures that all administrative processes adhere to firm policies, state regulations, and federal laws.
In this position, you will not only manage workflow but also act as a proactive risk manager, identifying potential concerns in tax processing and consulting on solutions. You will be the bridge between leadership and the team, training professionals on tax administration procedures, disseminating critical communications regarding software and processes, and maintaining strong working relationships with local tax leadership and office administration. This role is designed for someone who can exercise independent judgment while fostering team growth through performance goal setting and professional development.
Individual salaries are determined after consideration of numerous factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. For this position in Washington, the range is $75,000 - $90,000.
