As a Test and Validation Engineer, you will be at the heart of our production operations, developing and improving test processes to support critical customer requirements. This role exists to ensure the reliability and quality of complex electronic assemblies through a collaborative effort with various teams. You will apply your knowledge to develop, test, modify, and create solutions, providing technical direction for the troubleshooting of sophisticated test equipment.
In this onsite position located in Andover, MA, you will focus on strategies to enhance production efficiency and optimize testing methodologies. Your day-to-day involves leveraging in-depth product knowledge to resolve production issues quickly, developing robust test systems, and providing technical support for hardware testing. You will analyze production data to drive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and foster cross-functional collaboration among Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Offices to align on goals and objectives.

Advanced to expert knowledge of RF circuits, components, and related test equipment (e.g., Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers). Proficiency in test software suites like TestStand and LabView. Strong skills in test and fault isolation, as well as statistical data analysis. Comprehensive ability to interpret test requirements, schematic diagrams, and technical drawings. Practical to substantial knowledge of Raytheon projects, programs, or systems. Knowledge and application of RTX CORE principles and continuous improvement techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shop floor tools like PRISM, PDM, and CMES. Practical knowledge of statistical evaluation tools, including SPC and data distribution analysis. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage dynamic workloads. Self-driven and efficient in teamwork-oriented environments. Proven initiative, accountability, and commitment to responsibilities. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation capabilities. Active US Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance (Secret). A Master's degree.
