You will join the Airborne RF Electronics Electrical Engineering Department as a Senior Production Support Electrical Engineer, based in Plano, TX. This position is part of the Processing Production Design Support section, specifically supporting the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) program.
In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between engineering and manufacturing. You will work collaboratively with Program Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production, testing, and integration challenges. Your day-to-day involves conducting technical evaluations of hardware, categorizing failure modes, and providing systematic resolutions to ensure Special Test Equipment (STE) remains functional and test yields are optimized. You will lead improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality while effectively communicating hardware failure updates and technical findings to program leadership.
This role requires periodic travel (up to 25%) to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, or customer sites to support production efforts directly on the ground.

Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering principles and practices. Experience with tools and systems such as PRISM, SAP, and CMES. Knowledge of compliance standards, including Raytheon Quality Notes, J-STD-001, and ISO9001/AS9100 standards. Programming experience in LabVIEW, LUA, C, MATLAB, or Python. Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
