The Airborne RF Electronics Electrical Engineering Department has an immediate need for a Production Support Electrical Engineer I within the Radar Power Production Design Support section. This role supports the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) program and is based in Plano, TX or McKinney, TX, with the ability to commute between both sites.
You will collaborate and coordinate with our manufacturing facility, Program Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to proactively and efficiently resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration. In this position, you will foster a culture of trust, transparency, compliance, diversity, inclusion, and accountability. The role involves ensuring special test equipment remains operable, performing technical evaluations of hardware to categorize failures, and communicating status updates to program leadership. Periodic travel to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, or customer sites may be required to support production.
