You will develop clear troubleshooting paths and corrective action plans, then communicate these strategies effectively to cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds. Success in this role means owning projects from initial diagnosis to final resolution, ensuring tasks are completed timely and correctly while driving continuous improvements through data analysis.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their core technical capabilities in digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal testing, as well as their ability to interpret schematics and PCB layouts. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effective communication in a fast-paced production setting.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
