Raytheon’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) Department is responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products. Our multi-disciplined teams manage a variety of engineering projects while maintaining a work-life balance. We are currently hiring to assist with program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle, while providing resources to drive development and sustainment activities of airborne electrical products.
This Electrical Engineer II position is based onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration. The role focuses on driving development and sustainment activities for airborne electrical products, requiring a blend of technical expertise and cross-functional teamwork.

Experience with RF / microwave devices. Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA or electronic subsystems, including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test, production/supplier/sub-tier supplier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes, and related industry specifications. Experience with electrical engineering design tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS), and Advanced Design System (ADS). Experience or working knowledge of electronics test equipment such as Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, network analyzer, and Spectrum Analyzer. Test problem investigation experience. Experience in applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements. Experience in resolving production issues with suppliers and sub-tier suppliers. Technical writing and formal presentation experience.
