About the Role
This onsite position in Redmond offers a great opportunity to enhance your career while helping to push forward testing initiatives. As an RF Test Engineer, you will be the bridge between design expectations and real-world performance, ensuring components, modules, and systems meet rigorous standards before release.
Your day will involve setting up complex RF measurement fixtures and executing precise test plans. You will not only perform measurements but also automate bench workflows using tools like Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW. A key part of your mission is to correlate lab results with simulation data, troubleshoot intricate test setups, and drive root-cause investigations for any RF performance issues. You will create clear documentation for test procedures and results, supporting the broader goals of design verification, qualification, and production release.

Requirements

- verifiedExperience with RF lab equipment such as VNA, Vector Spectrum-Analyzer, Vector Signal Generator, and Oscilloscopes
- verifiedFamiliarity with test automation and scripting such as Python
- verifiedAbility to read schematics, block diagrams, and datasheets
Nice to Have
Experience with shock testing, vibe testing, HALT, HASS, and ALT. Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging issues for RF circuits or PCBs.
