Incorporated in August 2018, SHD Composite Materials Inc was established to service the expanding American and Canadian composite industries. With our North American headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina, and a fully operational manufacturing facility established in 2019, we also operate a plant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are manufacturers of advanced composite pre-impregnated (prepreg) materials, serving the American prepreg market with high-quality products, fast turnaround times, and world-class technical support.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, your purpose is to drive "Technical Excellence" by demonstrating strong safety leadership and ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. You will support existing products and services while introducing new solutions as value propositions for our customers in creative ways.

This role requires you to work effectively alongside the global SHD team, building strong relationships with internal functions such as Manufacturing and Technical. You will be expected to be self-disciplined, proactively supporting and communicating with both internal and external customers. The position involves day-to-day problem-solving regarding the manufacturing and application of prepreg materials, as well as continuous improvement initiatives. You will follow up on new leads, prepare detailed visit reports, and promote SHD to a wide audience through networking events and conferences.
