About the Role

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Manager 2 Aeronautical Engineering to join our team in El Segundo or Palmdale, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a self-starter with familiarity working in an Integrated Product Team construct.

The position encompasses both functional management (approximately 20%) and technical performance (approximately 80%). You will be responsible for analyzing, researching, and developing materials and their related application processes for use in the engineering design of structures, systems, and subsystems. This role requires full-time, on-site presence at our facility, with travel up to 25% as needed.
