About the Role
As a Senior Structures Integration Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader within a fast-paced, multi-disciplined engineering team. This role exists to ensure the airworthiness and structural integrity of diverse airborne platforms, including rotary-wing, fixed-wing, ISR, and specialized mission aircraft. You will provide independent technical assessments, peer reviews, and advanced engineering support for aircraft structural modifications, sustainment actions, and external stores integration.
In this position, you will mentor junior engineers and teach structural integration concepts while navigating complex airworthiness environments. Your day-to-day involves conducting engineering analyses for fatigue and interface compatibility, reviewing contractor-developed stress reports, and developing CAD drawings for installation concepts. You will act as a critical technical interface with Government Chief Engineers, Technical Authorities, and platform contractors, ensuring that all structural modifications meet rigorous safety and contractual boundaries.
