The Senior Electrical / Avionics Integration Engineer serves as a critical technical interface within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role exists to ensure the airworthiness and successful integration of complex avionics systems across a diverse fleet of airborne platforms, including rotary-wing, fixed-wing, ISR, and specialized mission aircraft.
In this position, you will operate both independently and as part of a multi-disciplined engineering team. Your day-to-day involves providing independent technical assessments, peer reviews, and airworthiness risk evaluations for aircraft modifications, sustainment actions, and instrumentation integration. You will act as a bridge between Government Chief Engineers, Technical Authorities, platform contractors, and customer representatives, ensuring that electrical and avionics modifications meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
Candidates selected for this role must be U.S. Citizens and able to qualify for and maintain a Government Security Clearance. An active Secret or Top-Secret clearance is highly desirable. The selection process includes a review of technical qualifications, experience with military aircraft integration programs, and the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Master's degree in engineering. Experience with MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-516, MIL-HDBK-1530, and related airworthiness or systems engineering guidance. Experience using engineering drawing or CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance.
