This position serves as a Product Development Engineer focused on silicone rubber hoses and other rubber products. The role acts as a vital bridge between Original Equipment (OE) customers, manufacturing teams, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for driving the development of rubber products and processes, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision and innovation.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of rubber product design and applications. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring high-quality solutions to market.
