This combined leadership role serves as the strategic anchor for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. You will be responsible for defining the vision for the database and platform landscape, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture. The position exists to drive the synchronization of solutions with the Whittle DBA leader and to maintain the stability and support of the Kittyhawk ecosystem through sophisticated automation and integrated monitoring.
In this role, you will lead the technical upgrades, patching activities, and change management processes, ensuring that production and non-production environments remain vital and compliant with standards such as CMMC and SOX. You will coordinate the application support team around US hours, manage P1 incidents, and oversee the escalation process to minimize business impact. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to guide teams through complex technical challenges while aligning technology initiatives with broader business goals.
