This combined leadership role serves as the strategic owner for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. You will be responsible for defining the vision for the database and platform landscape, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in Oracle R12 and leadership capabilities to guide teams through complex application support and platform evolution.
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and vendors to align technology initiatives with business goals. You will oversee the planning and delivery of Oracle and ERP initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with strong quality and security outcomes. A key part of your day involves leading technical upgrades, managing incident resolution for P1 issues, and coordinating patching and change management activities. You will also drive the vitality roadmap for Kittyhawk and its bolt-ons, ensuring compliance with standards such as CMMC and SOX while monitoring team KPIs to maintain service excellence.
