We are seeking an experienced HL7 Developer to design, develop, and maintain healthcare data interfaces that enable seamless interoperability between clinical systems. In this role, you will ensure accurate, secure, and compliant data exchange across complex healthcare environments. You will partner with clinical, technical, and vendor teams to define integration requirements and support both real-time and batch data exchange workflows, acting as a critical bridge between disparate systems.

Experience with HL7 v3, CDA/CCD documents. Familiarity with FHIR resources and SMART on FHIR. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, DICOM, X12). Experience integrating with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR systems. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Certification in HL7 or healthcare integration technologies.
