We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team dedicated to the full-stack design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions. This position is unique in its blend of deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset. You will be expected to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and drive innovation, ensuring that our systems remain scalable, secure, and highly available.
In this role, you will operate across the entire technology stack, from frontend interfaces to cloud infrastructure. You will design and deliver cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on AWS, leveraging a broad ecosystem of services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Kinesis. Your work will involve building responsive web interfaces with React, developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, and creating robust backend services with Java, Python, or Node.js. Beyond coding, you will champion a culture of quality by implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code strategies, and comprehensive observability practices.
A key differentiator for this role is the integration of AI-assisted engineering. You will utilize GenAI and LLM platforms to rapidly prototype new product concepts, accelerate code generation, and enhance testing and documentation. You will be responsible for evaluating AI-generated outputs for correctness and security, ensuring they meet production standards while contributing to fast-moving ideation-to-ship cycles.
Candidates selected for this role will be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. The interview process is designed to assess both technical depth and cultural fit within our engineering team.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of background, including disability and veteran status.
