Sr Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive full-stack design, development, and delivery within a high-velocity engineering team. This position uniquely blends deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset. You will be expected to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and foster innovation, ensuring that cutting-edge technology is applied to solve complex problems efficiently.

In this role, you will architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems on AWS, applying microservices principles across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to cloud infrastructure. You will work with a diverse technology ecosystem including Flutter, React, and various backend languages to build responsive, cross-platform applications. Beyond coding, you will champion a culture of quality by mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, participating in code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI tool adoption and infrastructure-as-code.
