We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team dedicated to the full-stack design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions. This position is unique in its blend of deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset. You will be expected to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and drive innovation, ensuring that cutting-edge technology is seamlessly integrated into our product lifecycle.
In this role, you will architect and build scalable, secure, and highly available systems on AWS. Your day-to-day will involve designing cloud-native microservices across the full stack—from frontend interfaces to backend logic and cloud infrastructure. You will leverage a broad ecosystem of AWS services to build responsive web applications, robust backend APIs, and cross-platform mobile solutions. Beyond coding, you will champion a culture of quality by mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, participating in code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI tool adoption and infrastructure-as-code.
Candidates selected for this role will navigate a structured interview process designed to assess technical depth, architectural thinking, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by technical deep-dives into system design and coding proficiency. Final stages involve a team fit interview to ensure alignment with our collaborative and fast-paced environment.
