About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team dedicated to full-stack design, development, and delivery. This role is unique in its blend of deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset. You will be expected to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and drive innovation, ensuring that our solutions remain scalable, secure, and highly available.
In this position, you will operate across the entire technology stack, from frontend interfaces to cloud infrastructure. You will design and build microservices-based solutions on AWS, leveraging serverless architectures to create robust systems. Your day-to-day will involve crafting responsive web interfaces, developing cross-platform mobile applications, and engineering backend services that adhere to strict microservices best practices. Beyond coding, you will play a key role in mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
