We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team dedicated to the full-stack design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions. This position is unique in its blend of deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset. You will be expected to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and drive innovation, ensuring that our systems remain scalable, secure, and highly available.
In this role, you will operate across the entire technology stack, from cloud infrastructure to user interfaces. You will design and deliver cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on AWS, leveraging a broad ecosystem of services including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. Your work will involve building responsive web interfaces with React, developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, and creating robust backend services with Java, Python, or Node.js. Beyond coding, you will champion a culture of quality by mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, participating in code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI tool adoption and infrastructure-as-code.
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated on their technical depth, ability to leverage AI tools for development, and cultural fit within our fast-moving engineering environment. The process typically involves a review of your background, followed by technical discussions focused on system design, cloud architecture, and practical application of AI-assisted engineering.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of background. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. Please note that applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship is available now or in the future.
