We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team where deep engineering excellence meets a modern AI-first mindset. This role is designed for a builder who thrives on rapid iteration, blending full-stack design and development with the ability to leverage GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and innovation.
In this position, you will architect and deliver cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on AWS. You will work across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to backend logic and cloud infrastructure—to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems. The role demands a unique blend of technical breadth, requiring proficiency in mobile and web development alongside robust backend services, all while applying microservices principles to ensure independent deployability and fault tolerance.
A core pillar of this role is the integration of AI-assisted engineering. You will not only use AI tools to accelerate code generation, testing, and documentation but also evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness and security. You will contribute to a culture of rapid prototyping, helping to drive the cycle from ideation to validation and shipping within a fast-moving environment.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in mentorship and collaboration. You will participate in code reviews, help shape engineering best practices, and support mid-level and junior engineers in mastering cloud practices and AI tool usage. The goal is to foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and shared learning.

Familiarity with AWS CDK or SAM for infrastructure provisioning. Exposure to agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems. AWS certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or equivalent).
Skills: Aws, Lambda, Step Functions, Api Gateway, Cognito, Cloudfront, SQS, SNS, Eventbridge, Kinesis.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; Master's degree with 2 years experience; Ph.D. with up to 1 year experience.
