About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team dedicated to the full-stack design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions. This position is unique in its blend of deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset. You will be expected to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and drive innovation, ensuring that our systems remain scalable, secure, and highly available.
In this role, you will architect cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on AWS, applying principles across the full stack from frontend to cloud infrastructure. You will build and maintain scalable REST APIs, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production readiness through rigorous observability and automated testing. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key part in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement by mentoring mid-level and junior engineers and contributing to engineering best practices.

Requirements

Nice to Have
