About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team dedicated to the full-stack design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions. This position is unique in its blend of deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset. You will be expected to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate team output and drive innovation, ensuring that cutting-edge technology is seamlessly integrated into our production workflows.
In this role, you will architect and build scalable, secure, and highly available systems on AWS. You will work across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to backend microservices and cloud infrastructure—leveraging a broad ecosystem of services to solve complex challenges. Your day-to-day will involve designing cloud-native solutions, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring production readiness through rigorous observability and automated testing.
Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will mentor mid-level and junior engineers on design patterns, cloud practices, and the effective use of AI tools, while actively contributing to the team's ideation, prototyping, and shipping cycles.

Requirements

- verifiedDemonstrated use of AI/GenAI tools in professional development
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AWS CDK or SAM for infrastructure provisioning. Exposure to agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems. AWS certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or equivalent).
