Sr Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive full-stack design, development, and delivery within a high-velocity engineering team. This position uniquely blends deep engineering excellence with a modern AI-first mindset, requiring the ability to rapidly prototype using GenAI platforms to accelerate both team output and innovation.

In this role, you will architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems on AWS, applying microservices principles across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to cloud infrastructure. You will build responsive web applications, robust backend services, and cross-platform mobile solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices. Beyond coding, you will champion a culture of quality by mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, participating in code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI tool adoption and infrastructure-as-code.

The Day-to-Day

Your work will span the full spectrum of modern software development. You will design and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging serverless technologies like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, while managing observability through CloudWatch and X-Ray. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to rapid prototyping new product concepts using GenAI and LLM platforms, evaluating AI-generated outputs for correctness and security, and integrating these tools into the ideate-prototype-validate-ship cycle.

You will collaborate closely with the team to implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud costs, and ensure production readiness through automated testing. Whether you are building a React interface, a Flutter mobile app, or a Java/Spring Boot backend, you will apply microservices best practices to ensure independent deployability and fault tolerance.
