We have an opportunity on our Publishing team for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager (Hybrid) based at our corporate offices in Chicago, IL. This role is pivotal in managing the direct licensing sales of AI product types, overseeing sales representatives, and driving revenue results for all AI license sales.
Reporting to the Director of Content Sales Operations, you will serve as a direct liaison for revenue growth and manage AI content product delivery across all digital JAMA Network publications. This position involves formulating short- and long-term financial objectives for permission initiatives, managing and training the sales force, and assessing business performance against industry and AMA financial quality standards. You will act as a sales leader, visiting customers and attending conferences to grow outcomes while maintaining high-level marketplace visibility with customers, agencies, and third-party vendor partnerships.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in our Chicago, IL office, located at 330 N. Wabash Avenue, which is convenient to all public transportation. Some travel is required for this role.
