As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of diverse engineers and architects dedicated to advancing sensor architectures to stay ahead of ever-evolving customer needs across a wide range of environments and threat spaces. This role exists to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. You will serve as a bridge between technical execution and strategic vision, performing concept of operations design, defining radar behavior, and developing requirements to drive capability implementation across subsystems. Your work will involve conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts and representing the organization on contracts and technical matters with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams.
