At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, we take on the most demanding challenges in the world. Within the Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) organization, we collaborate with the best Radar engineers across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where they don't yet exist. Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, united by a mission to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to customers including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners.
As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of the brightest minds to support the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by defining concepts of operations, establishing radar behavior, and developing associated requirements. You will serve as a technical leader, conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts and representing the organization on contracts while interfacing with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams.
