As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of diverse engineers and architects dedicated to advancing sensor architectures. This role exists to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. You will serve as a bridge between complex technical requirements and executable design solutions, ensuring mission success across evolving threat spaces.
In this position, you will engage in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where hard work is the fun part. You will define radar behavior, conduct trade studies to evaluate system-level performance impacts, and develop detailed design documentation. Your expertise will be essential in representing the organization on contracts and interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders to solve seemingly impossible problems.
