Within the Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) organization, we collaborate with the best Radar engineers across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where they don't yet exist. Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to customers including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
The Sensor Architectures team is seeking a candidate to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by defining clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic vision, conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts and representing the organization on contracts and to senior leadership.
