Our Radar Systems Engineering team brings together the brightest minds across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where none previously existed. We collaborate with top-tier Radar engineers to deliver cutting-edge capabilities to a diverse array of customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

About the Role

As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team dedicated to the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex mission requirements and executable technical solutions. You will define the concept of operations, establish radar behavior, and develop the requirements that drive capability implementation across radar subsystems.

In this dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will conduct trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, ensuring design decisions meet mission success criteria. You will collaborate closely with subsystem teams to create clear, testable approaches and represent the organization on significant technical matters to internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders.
