As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of diverse engineers and architects dedicated to advancing sensor architectures to stay ahead of ever-evolving customer needs across a wide range of environments and threat spaces. This role is designed for those who enjoy technical challenges that require thinking outside the box and seek a collaborative environment with motivated professionals.
In this position, you will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. You will define concepts of operation and radar behavior, conduct trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, and develop detailed design documentation. Your work will involve representing the organization on contracts and interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
