As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join the Sensor Architectures team to support the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to drive radar capability implementation by defining concepts of operations, establishing radar behavior, and developing associated requirements. You will serve as a bridge between subsystem teams, defining clear, executable approaches to meet mission success criteria while conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts.
In this dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders on significant technical matters. It is a position designed for those who enjoy technical challenges that require thinking outside the box, working with motivated engineers, and applying expertise to advance sensor architectures against evolving threat spaces.
