Our Radar Systems Engineering team brings together engineers and Sensor Architects from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We work together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of the brightest minds in the world to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role is designed for those seeking the challenge of a lifetime, where hard work is the fun part and lifelong learning is the norm.
In this dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will drive radar capability implementation by defining concepts of operations, radar behavior, and associated requirements. You will collaborate with subsystem teams to establish clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria, while conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts. Additionally, you will develop detailed design documentation and represent the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders on significant technical matters.
