Our Radar Systems Engineering team brings together engineers and Sensor Architects from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We work together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of the brightest minds to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role is designed for those seeking the challenge of a lifetime, where hard work is the fun part and lifelong learning is the norm.
You will drive radar capability implementation by performing concept of operations design, defining radar behavior, and developing associated requirements. Your work will involve conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, developing detailed design documentation, and collaborating with subsystem teams to define clear, executable approaches for meeting mission success criteria. Additionally, you will represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
