Within the Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) organization, we collaborate with the best Radar engineers across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where they don't yet exist. Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to customers including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners.

About the Role

As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team dedicated to the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by defining concepts of operations, radar behavior, and associated requirements. You will serve as a bridge between technical execution and mission success, collaborating with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches. The position offers a dynamic environment where the hard work is the fun part, requiring you to conduct trade studies, analyze system-level performance impacts, and represent the organization on significant technical matters with internal and external customers and senior leadership.
