As a ProServe Account Executive (PAE), you will be the customer-facing relationship owner for the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will engage new and existing customers in transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You will partner closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth.
Your primary focus will be understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals to secure customer sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs). Following project launch, you will stay connected with the customer to ensure we are delivering the agreed customer business outcomes (CBO) as outlined in the SOW. You will leverage your experience in selling services within the technology and consulting sectors to translate technical concepts into business value.
A day in the life involves leading business development efforts by engaging Financial Services customers and driving high-value engagements. You will establish executive relationships across Technology and Business groups, becoming a strategic advisor with deep knowledge of the customer's business and available technology solutions. You will collaborate with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to ensure a coordinated approach for key accounts, create proposals, and monitor ongoing projects to ensure delivery of agreed CBOs while maximizing revenue potential. This customer-facing role may require up to 50% travel to customer sites.
