The Sr Project Manager will lead projects from initiation through closeout at the Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL. This role is designed for projects requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. You will provide leadership for project team members and the project management process, ensuring the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget of assigned projects align with Constellation Management Model procedures and standard practices.
In this position, you will direct the project team, integrating all resources to meet objectives. You will be responsible for providing development, evaluation, and recommendations on contracted services and materials, as well as ensuring stakeholder review and buy-in for intermediate and final deliverables. Effective communication with Constellation Nuclear and site management regarding assigned or proposed projects is essential. Additionally, you will ensure proper contract administration, including project close-out and post-project critiques to capture lessons learned. This role may also include emergency response duties as required by company policy.

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system.
Skills: PMP, Asset Suite 9.
Education: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience (or equivalent); Associate's degree with 7 years of experience (or equivalent); High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience (or equivalent).
