About the Role

The Sr Project Manager at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL, serves as a critical leader for projects requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. This role manages projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, schedule, and strategic objectives. You will provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process, directing resources and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for intermediate and final deliverables.

In this position, you will act as a bridge between Constellation Nuclear and site management, providing clear communication on assigned and proposed projects. The role involves overseeing contract administration, ensuring proper project close-outs, and facilitating post-project critiques to capture lessons learned. As part of the team, you will also be prepared to fulfill emergency response duties as required by company policy.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $126,900 to $141,000, which varies based on experience.
