About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager at the Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL, you will lead projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring they meet cost, quality, schedule, and objective parameters. This role is designed for complex initiatives requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. You will provide leadership to project teams, manage detailed scope and budgets, and direct the integration of all resources. Your work ensures stakeholder buy-in for deliverables and facilitates clear communication between the project team, Constellation Nuclear, and site management. Additionally, you will oversee contract administration, including project close-outs and post-project critiques to capture lessons learned.
