Over the past ten years, Constellation has invested more than $7.1 billion in capital across its nuclear fleet to support continued safe, reliable operations and long-term license extensions. Approximately $3.3 billion of that total has been invested in Illinois facilities. Looking ahead, we are planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards.
These strategic investments support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability while avoiding the cost overruns and risks often borne by ratepayers under monopoly utility buildouts.
This position is designed to manage projects from initiation through closeout, operating within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule, and objectives. You will provide leadership for project team members and the project management process, specifically for projects requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. Your role involves directing the project team, integrating all resources, and ensuring stakeholder review and buy-in for intermediate and final deliverables. You will serve as a key communication link between the project team and Constellation Nuclear and site management, ensuring proper contract administration and post-project critiques.

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
Skills: PMP, Asset Suite 9.
Education: Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of related experience; Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience (alternative to Bachelor's); High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience (alternative).
