About the Role
This position serves as a critical leader in managing projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring they meet cost, quality, schedule, and objective parameters. The role is designed for complex initiatives requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. You will provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process, acting as the central point of coordination for resources and deliverables.
In this role, you will drive the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget of assigned projects in accordance with the Constellation Management Model. Your work ensures proper use of project controls and facilitates required monthly reporting. You will direct the project team, integrate all resources, and ensure stakeholder review and buy-in for intermediate and final deliverables. Additionally, you will serve as a key communicator to Constellation Nuclear and site management regarding assigned or proposed projects, while ensuring rigorous contract administration and post-project critiques to capture lessons learned.
