The Sr Project Manager at the Dresden Nuclear Power Station in Morris, IL, is a pivotal leadership role designed to manage complex projects from initiation through closeout. This position serves as the driving force behind the integration of multiple functional organizations, ensuring that all projects adhere to strict parameters of cost, quality, schedule, and objectives.
In this role, you will provide direction to project teams, manage detailed scopes and budgets, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for all deliverables. You will act as a key communicator between the project team and Constellation Nuclear site management, overseeing contract administration and driving continuous improvement through post-project critiques and lessons learned. Engineering (physical installation), Maintenance, or Construction experience combined with Project Management experience. Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
Skills: PMP Certification, Contract Management, Asset Suite 9.
Education: Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience OR Associate's with 7 years OR High School with 9 years; Associate's degree with 7 years experience OR High School with 9 years; High school diploma/GED with 9 years experience; Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
