The Sr Project Manager at the Dresden Nuclear Power Station in Morris, IL, serves as a dynamic leader within our Constellation team. This role is designed for projects requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations, guiding initiatives from initiation through closeout. You will provide leadership for project team members and the project management process, ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, schedule, and objectives. Your work will directly support our mission to meet the country's energy needs today and tomorrow by managing detailed scope, performance, and budget in accordance with Constellation Management Model procedures.

Engineering (physical installation), Maintenance, or Construction experience combined with Project Management experience. Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
Skills: PMP Certification, Contract Management, Asset Suite 9.
Education: Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience OR equivalent; Associate's degree with 7 years experience OR equivalent; High school diploma/GED with 9 years experience OR equivalent.
