Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables
- check_circlePerform required monthly reporting and maintain project controls
- check_circleManage project scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget in accordance with Constellation procedures
- check_circleOversee contract administration and ensure proper project close-out and lessons learned
- check_circleDirect project teams and integrate all necessary resources
- check_circleParticipate in emergency response duties and coverage as directed
- check_circleCommunicate project status to Constellation Nuclear and site management
- check_circleProvide development, evaluation, and recommendations on contracted services and materials
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree and 5 years of related project management experience OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related project management experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related project management experience
- verifiedPMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position)
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
Nice to Have
Engineering (physical installation), Maintenance, or Construction experience combined with Project Management experience. Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
