About the Role
The Senior Energy Analyst supports the Energy Management team by leveraging Building Automation Systems (BAS) and integrated smart building technologies to identify inefficiencies, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights across our multi-site portfolio. This role combines analytical expertise with foundational mechanical knowledge to drive energy savings, water conservation, and operational improvements.
In addition to HVAC optimization, you will oversee data integration from specialized systems such as pool controllers, water meters, and lighting controls. You will provide project management and administrative support for these initiatives, including financial tracking, vendor coordination, and asset data management. Working closely with the internal Controls Lead and engineering teams, you will ensure that all connected systems provide reliable, high-integrity data to our analytics platform.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business or related field OR equivalent experience
